I first learned about this series, when watched a trailer of the movie version of “The Lightning Thief”. I decided to save (some) money and buy the first book.
I just read the 3rd/third this morning. Again will save (some) money and buy the fourth/4th book.
I don’t know if I will buy the series’s spin-offs. The boxed set hardcover edition of the series, is quite expensive. It is around 3,000 Philippine pesos. I don’t know if I will buy the aforementioned edition.
