I watched the animated feature film, A Christmas Carol starring Jim Carrey. It is distributed by Walt Disney Pictures. I watched the aforementioned film, with my family, in TriNoma’s Cinema 4.
It is my first to watch in the aforementioned cinema, using 3D glasses. The price for a ticket per person is 300 Php, unlike in SM North EDSA’s IMAX Theater. The price of a ticket per person in SM North EDSA’s IMAX Theather is 350 Php.
My dad suggested that check first the price for a ticket per person SM North EDSA’s IMAX Theather. If the price is cheaper in SM North EDSA’s IMAX Theather, then we will in the aforementioned cinema. He also suggested that if the price in TriNoma’s Cinema 4 is cheaper, then we will watch in TriNoma’s Cinema 4.
In short, it is cheaper in TriNoma’s 300 Php for 50 Php, than in SM North EDSA. I don’t know if SM Mall of Asia has the price in their IMAX Theater.
Here are my two/2 suggestions.
1) If you’re in buddget mode, I suggest watching in TriNoma. Otherwise, I suggest watching in SM North EDSA.
2) If you’re from the south area of Metro Manila and nearby areas, I suggest watching in SM Mall of Asia.
3) Disney Channel might have release the movie in their channel.
Anyway, here is my short review of the movie.
(This review my contain spoilers.)
There are scenes are in 3D scenes, there are scenes in regular scenes, and there are scenes are combination of 3D scenes and regular scenes. It means that TriNoma’s Cinema 4, and SM’s IMAX Theaters uses 3D glasses. It means that TriNoma’s Cinema 4, and SM’s IMAX Theaters uses 3D glaless. Jim Carey’s performance as Scrooge, is not that good, but not that bad.
According to a website I visited yesterday, the movie is been faithful/true to the classic story of/by Charles Dickens.
My first experience of watching a movie with 3D scenes is the movie Spy Kids 3D: Game Over.
